Enter My Rest

The enemy in your flesh and in your mind doesn't want you at peace. The end goal it doesn't want you at rest. It wants to keep you apart from God. That's the number one goal. Not to stop your calling, not to keep you from making money, that's some other goals. But the actual end goal of the enemy is to separate you from God. That's really what the enemy wants. And if he can get our minds in unrest and busy and confused, well, he's separating us from God because he is stealing our peace, and he is stealing our joy, he's stealing our love. And, of course, the Lord is strong enough to overcome all of that, but we must stop and listen to Him because we do have a choice if we are willing to hear Him. He said, "If you will hear my voice." Remember when he said that in Hebrews 4: "If you hear my voice and do not harden your heart today, then you will come and enter into my rest. "
